Hearings Board
The ASSOU Hearings Board is the Judicial Branch of your student
government. The Board is comprised of five members: the Student
Advocate, the Chairman of the Senate Rules Committee and three
additional students.
The Hearings Board hears grievances relating to
violations of the ASSOU Constitution and Bylaws and has the power to
make binding rulings. Board meetings are open to the public and serve
as a kind of student court within the context of student government
and the student fee process. If you'd like to apply to join the ASSOU
